Bump compose-navigation and add Material 3 sample

This PR fixes #739 by bumping compose-navigation. It also adds a copy of sample-wear that uses Wear Material 3.

Do you think there's a reason to keep the other wear sample? I'm thinking I would just change that sample to use m3 rather than keeping both.

Material 3 for Wear is still in alpha, and almost all Wear OS apps still use Wear Material (not m3), so I think it's worth keeping it at least until it's out of alpha.

I'm getting NullPointerExceptions from Crashlytics for bottomsheets.
I opened ticket to google issue tracker, but could it be the reason, cause of this library doesn't uses latest navigation library versions internally?
