Refactor selenium after writing selenium tests for Tanzu Stream Browser:

  • Generate enabled_plugins (using profiles, like in the other generated configuration files)
  • Always use enabled plugins file env var
  • Remove StreamPage and update tests
  • Add missing SpringLoginPage
  • Reduce certificate generation verbosity by redirecting it to a separate log file
