resource-file 태그의 target이 directory로 되어있을 때, 만약 해당 이름의 directory가 존재하지 않으면 그 이름으로 파일이 만들어지게 되어 원하는 형태로 resource file들이 platforms/android 내의 디렉토리로 옮겨지지 않습니다.
