Summary
This PR removes the Kustomize patch for Glance's PVC accessMode configuration from the Genestack project, as the underlying openstack-helm/glance chart now includes native support for this configuration through Helm values.
Changes
The upstream openstack-helm project integrated this feature in commit ff1582d, which allows customizing PVC accessMode directly through Helm values using glance.volume.access_mode.
