Add 12 tests covering: - Page load verification (title, body mounting, no errors) - UI elements (header, catalog input, Load button, language dropdown, footer) - User interactions (catalog loading, URL validation, STAC Index selection
Add tests for: - Verifying navigation links exist and have href attributes - URL pathname validation
