Summary

Adds a /docs beyond the home page. This tells you the purpose and how to use each part of the home page. this requires react router which ends up reordering the root component in react to account for the /docs link.

No conflicts, but I did change the routine docs route to /routine-docs instead of /docs and so a few other code pieces might need to change first before merge
