Added SynapseAI as a local-first AI agent with automation features.
Adding Synapse to the list — a local-first AI agent with file, web, and browser
automation tools, plus a peer-to-peer layer for sharing trained model updates
between nodes without a central server. Fully local inference, no cloud
dependency.
This is a documentation-only change (one line added to the README), so the
