Just like the whitelist array, I have added a blacklist array that will contain IP addresses that users would like to block in the config file. The blacklist array allows users to specify IP addresses that should be blocked by the middleware. This addition enhances the flexibility and control over IP blocking by allowing administrators to manually specify additional IPs that need to be blocked.
