Auto Update navbar

This feature aims to update the navbar (navigation menu) every 2 seconds.

Features expected to be added in other PRs:

• Change the pooling time according to your preference.
• Update queues automatically.

Skeleton onload: (It's almost impossible to see it, since the load is so fast.)

I had done something like that in PR #197
Since PR is at a standstill due to filters, I decided to break it down into smaller PRs so we can deliver some value as we move forward.

@rosa The test failed here in Actions is working on my computer... And I haven't made any changes related to the queue listing.
