👍 LGTM;
☑️ Specifically, the version bump is approved!
Caveat: Will update by re-generating file.
Important
pip-licenses is NOT impacted by CVE-2026-4539 for normal use-cases. pip install pip-licenses>=5 will not install the affected developer package Pypgments; Most users should be unaffected.
Caution
Developers: may however want to ensure their version of Pypgments to 2.20+ (e.g., fixed versions) to avoid any possible performance impact when testing from the CVE-2026-4539 reDoS.

Patch Notes: Updated, and/or removed unessesary, extra development requirements by simply regenerating req-file (no actual change to pyproject.toml) and refactoring 1 impacted test-case. Security: > [!IMPORTANT] > `pip-licenses` was *NOT* impacted by [CVE-2026-4539](GHSA-5239-wwwm-4pmq) for normal use-cases. `pip install pip-licenses>=5` will _not_ install the affected developer package `Pypgments`; Most users _should_ have been unaffected (except possibly on forks). Fix false positive of: [CVE-2026-4539 reDoS](GHSA-5239-wwwm-4pmq).
