Description:
Return arg params and aux params seperately from import model
Fixes:
1. BatchNorm
2. Maxpool
3. GlobalPool
-Added these tests to be included in backend tests
-Made changes to super_resolution.py to accomodate the changes.
Revert last commit to avoid a merge a conflict in the future This reverts commit e4ee423.
…Norm Add mapping for Gather operator; Fix pool_type in max_pooling
