commitlint is not happy with commits generated from dependabot with the below error: body's lines must not be longer than 100 characters [body-max-line-length] This commit makes it ignore 100 characters setup by commitlint/config-conventional. 1. Disable learning mode by adding a flag in the helm chart. This disables learning behaviour for the entire cluster. 2. Expose that flag via our helm chart values.
