Occurred changes and/or fixed issues

Changed the "Create" label to "Add Repository" in few repository places:

1. Repositories List Page

2. Repository Creation Page

Go to Explorer > Apps > Repositories > Click on "Add Repository" > Check the title and the action button on the to have "Add Repository" label

I just figured I'd mention it in case others care. Everywhere else we have a generic Create button where we don't name the resource. If we wanted consistency I would imagine we'd use Add as the label but I'm honestly fine with either.
