Ginkgo v2.28.x requires Go ≥ 1.24 (per the v2.28.1 release notes).
This repository is pinned to Go 1.22 (go 1.22.0, toolchain go1.22.7), and upgrading the Go toolchain would require a coordinated, release-level change across the project.

As a result, this dependency cannot be safely upgraded at this time.
