@mallardduck noted that 2.15 is also missing. Where I can find the information about the rancher-k3s version on 2.15?

I think it's just the lowest k8s from the support matrix: https://www.suse.com/suse-rancher/support-matrix/all-supported-versions/rancher-v2-14-2/
For 2.15 we can assume it would be 1.34
