This allows users to pass Helm chart values to the Rancher Helm chart, it also allows users to set the Helm chart repository and "channel". The channel is part of the repository url, for instance in the default repo url "https://releases.rancher.com/server-charts/stable" the channel is "stable", other channels may include "latest" or "prime".
