Getting a lot of warnings about kubernetes_secret being deprecated, so I am taking the proactive step to update before everything breaks.
There also was a problem with updating Rancher, we must use the tar install method to enable Rancher to update. I was originally afraid this would imply an air-gapped environment which this is not, but since RPM installs can't be updated I am switching over to tar installs with a note in the examples.
