This PR fixes a few things which mean you can't load the Ember UI because of the removal of RKE1 - this makes it difficult to make changes and develop.
For the page(s) embedded in dashboard, this is not a problem, but for local dev it is.
This PR also updates
caniuseliteto fix warning messages when running.I've left the code in but commented out for now - mainly around retrieving
clustertemplatesand their revisions. Also fixed an issue where the settings page could not be loaded.
