Since the previous version, we have introduced the following changes:

  • Bug fix for the case when the root is non-zero.
  • Introduction of sensible default parameters for the beam width, which depends on the number of clones.
  • Removal of extraneous performance testing code for the regress option.
  • Publication of the tool as a conda package.
  • Updated README with important details and basic benchmarks.
