Fix api changes for v12 for the strings blog
This pr fixes the
apiforshow me the word -count -blog.Please note we can now run this only on
90%of the data on a16gbcard because of the temporary1.5xoverhead introduced inv12due tolibcudf++refactor. This will go away in0.13.
