The latest UCX wheels are on 1.19. While UCX 1.20 has been tested and supported with Conda packages, wheels are untested with this version. Though we expect UCX 1.20 wheels to work, currently building UCX 1.20.0 wheels errors on CI. So in an abundance of caution, pin UCX wheels to 1.19 for the imminent RAPIDS 26.08 release. We can revisit relaxing this once UCX wheels for 1.20 exist.
