This repo contains some general utilities for analysis and post-processing various simulations. Documentation will be an ongoing effort.
Everything in the './deprecated' folder is just for safe keeping and backing up old utilities, some of them written in python 2.X during my PhD. There are probably better libraries for accomplishing similar tasks out there. Codes in the top-level directory have at least has some subroutines used recently.
