Remove the FIFO draining, it can now dynamically resize if needed, and because of this, remove the pre-record routines. Only encode audio packets if we have a positive timestamp relative to the video stream. Otherwise, some players break audio playback. Signed-off-by: Naushir Patuck <[email protected]>
