Add UptimeRobot extension - View Monitors + View Account Details

Description

This is a Raycast extension for UptimeRobot - The world's leading uptime monitoring service.

This is an extension all the way from July '24 which I never got around to submitting.

Presently one can:

• View Monitors
• View Account Details

NOTE: As mentioned in README, the free plan of UptimeRobot is limited to 10req/min which is why I get 429 Error towards the end of screencast.

Checklist
