fillVelocityTextureto use the native C++ backedTypedArray.prototype.fill(0)for bulk zeroing, followed by a sparse loop to set the alpha channels to1.🎯 Why: The previous implementation used a single JavaScript$N/4$ iterations for the JS engine to handle the alpha channel.
forloop to sequentially write all 4 components (R, G, B, A) per particle. Native.fill()is heavily optimized under the hood and executes significantly faster, leaving only📊 Impact: Reduces CPU setup time for the velocity texture by ~50% during initialization. This is especially beneficial for high-quality presets that initialize large arrays (e.g., ~50.2K particles).
🔬 Measurement: Microbenchmarks on
