…nder loop - Moved `QUALITY_PRESETS[currentQuality]` lookup and `1000 / targetFPS` division to module-level variables. - Updated `applyQuality()` to initialize these variables. - Simplified `animate` hot path to directly use the cached configuration. - Saves CPU cycles per frame by avoiding redundant dictionary lookups and floating-point math in the hot path. - Updated `.jules/bolt.md` with new learning on render loop arithmetic overhead.
