feat(uitests): Add comprehensive UI test coverage for payment methods

  • Add success/failure test cases for Net Banking, EMI, Wallet, and Card payments
  • Add UPI success flow test with VPA input automation
  • Refactor FlowEntryScreen with generic tapCell() and CellNameType enum
  • Extract common alert validation into successAlertExists() and failueAlertExist() helpers
  • Fix UPI payment payload in MenuVC (was commented out)
  • Add CVV field to EMI payment dictionary
