- Refactor FileHandle and Pipe types into separate modules in tg-easy-fs
- Prepare for publishing
- Add crates.io publishing metadata to ch1-ch8
- Add explicit version requirements to all dependencies
- Update README.md for each chapter
- Fix issues (conditional compilation, etc.) to pass cargo publish checks
