Build and install the TR69HostIf componenet dependency module.
Create a separate script file for clone the dependency modules for TR69HostIf. And this script file is triggered from build.sh
Rebasing the code to main baseline and adding the patch files.

Added dependency modules for the L2 test framework preparation for Tr69HostIf. Cloned and included the following dependency modules in the Docker container: libparodus, wrp-c, safeclib, wdmp-c, libSyscallWrapper, iarmbus, rfc, and Device Settings. These dependencies are built and installed during the Docker build process.
