Reason for change: The common meta-image-support-rdke layer is now available, so the multiconfig changes have been moved from meta-vendor-rdke--dev to the meta-image-support-rdke layer. The layer has also been included in bblayers.conf.
Test: Verified the changes from feature branch in jenkins and image bootup/playback.
Risks: none.
