Add redirect to Spotify Creators landing page

I don't want this to be the permanent landing page, so this is a 302 redirect that will let me use a permalink while still taking advantage of the current landing page for the podcast.

I'd like to get the podcast off Spotify, because fuck spotify, but inertia is preventing me thus far. Maintaining control over a landing page keeps that door open effectively, while letting me e.g. print QR codes to hand out at conferences

• Introduction of a new redirect
  A new direction has been set up in the system configuration so that anyone visiting our "/tmir" page will instead be taken to the Spotify Creators page on Reactiflux. This is a temporary measure defined by a status of 302.

• Updating the 'tmir.md' file
  We've updated our 'tmir.md' document to show information about this fresh change. Now when people open this file, they'll see a note at the front explaining that the page has been relocated to Spotify Creators.
