PDF file exports: errors, no pathwayimages

I'm not a coding guru but am trying to find a place to ask if the PDF files exported by the Reactome Expression Analyses can be fixed, or, if there is something I can do to download files that do not say:

"An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem."

I recognize this could be an Adobe problem, but if so, you might have advice for me. Thanks!
