ProEWASExport does not work on release server

Really you should be able to run it using the feature/add_pro_ewas_export, but I've found for previous Releases that it didn't work on the release server, I believe due to a missing package

I actually don't have the stack trace. DownloadDirectory is a read-only step so I think one thing that could be done is update the JF on that branch with the current one, and then run it from Jenkins (or just clone/build/run the step manually on release if you don't want to do all that with Jenkins)
