Description
The docker image-building process relies on being able to download the ehlds in the file at https://reactome.org/download/current/ehlds.tgz
Currently, it looks like this is done manually. Somewhere in the process of setting up the download directory, something needs to run the command tar -czf ehlds.tgz ehld after the ehld directory has been copied to /usr/local/reactomes/Reactome/production/Website/static/download/current
