v7.6.10 - Flyway CLI V11 Validation

In this additional November release, Flyway AutoPilot FastTrack has been validated against the new and improved Flyway CLI version 11.0.0. In addition to this, the auto-download scripts for Linux/Windows have also been updated to be able to handle the ability of always downloading the latest CLI version (Rather than specifying an exact version).
