KFLUXINFRA-2553: bump kyverno prod images

What

Update all kyverno's prod clusters images to use newTag to align with staging clusters.

Why

To enable auto-updates each time we release konflux-ci/kyverno, we used infra-deployment-update-script in our kyverno's ReleasePlanAdmission and the prerequisite is that we are using the newTag for our images.

Validation

The auto-update was generated successfully in #10607 and the konflux-kyverno namespace in our staging clusters is healthy and stable for 3.5 days with the new newTag:04693a87...
