This PR promotes Knative Eventing to the production clusters, as a prerequisite to promoting KubeArchive to production. OpenShift Serverless is based on Knative Eventing, I'm not sure what is your preferred way to install it. Depending on the approach for production clusters we then may go with OpenShift Serverless there, your call.
