RHDHBUGS-2312 Fix !:previouscontext:

[lhite8041]

Fixed syntax !:previouscontext: by reversing the order of the characters ! and : at the end of the following 4 assemblies:
-config proxy
-config postgresql
-config high availability
-provision custom config
(Transposed, the characters caused the markup to appear as plain text at the end of each chapter.)
