These 4 plugins remain as wrappers in 1.9, but they will become community supported only in 1.11.

This one plugin will drop from TP to Community in 1.10: roadiehq-scaffolder-backend-argocd-dynamic (see https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHDHPLAN-897 )
