Remove procedure and image files orphaned after splitting the general "manage plugins" procedure into task-specific procedures (install, enable/disable, configure RBAC). Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Rename assembly and procedure files to follow Red Hat file naming conventions. Assembly now includes product context (-in-rhdh suffix) and procedure filename is more descriptive about development environment scope. Updated module ID and all include references. Rename assembly file to match title and ID for CQA-10 compliance. The filename now correctly reflects the full title "Use Developer Preview features to install and test plugins in RHDH". Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
