This change ensures the bitbucket-cloud-common package is embedded in the catalog/scaffolder bitbucket cloud modules which should sort errors seen in the smoke test output. This change also adds some adds some additional environment variables and test configuration file to the smoke test configuration. Finally this change also updates the gitlab-events e2e tests to remove the VAULT_ prefix from all of the config snippets and metadata, leaving the mapping of this variable in the secret definition. rh-pre-commit.version: 2.3.2 rh-pre-commit.check-secrets: ENABLED

This change attempts to further harden the e2e tests when running against a loaded CI with some additional waits, extending some timeouts and adding an additional waitForAppReady function that works with the BUI spinner. Some of these changes should probably be brought over to rhdh-e2e-test-utils and removed from here. rh-pre-commit.version: 2.3.2 rh-pre-commit.check-secrets: ENABLED
