chore: add marketplace/extension catalog entities

Description

This adds the first set of marketplace catalog entities to RHDH container image.

• Fixes https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHIDP-6223
• Foundation for https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHIDP-6153
