[release-1.7] chore: update node-forge to fix CVEs

Description

Bumps node-forge to node-forge@npm:1.3.3 to resolve CVE-2025-12816 and CVE-2025-66031. Both are fixed in version 1.3.2

• Fixes RHIDP-11112 and RHIDP-11024
