Fixing flaky topology test

I added this as a comment to let other merge this if you think its better to have this tests enabled with this catch solution. But I don't think this is a good approach.

Hmm, this is almost similar to skip. We're not able to make this stable?

What is the problem, we don't know how quickly the pod is running, I guess?

Same here. What is the benefit of a test that ignores errors?

Please also re-run this tests multiple times so that we're sure that they are not flaky anymore!

Hold is not to stop merging. It is that you run it at least 3 times successfully
