CI Medic: Root Cause Analysis

The pull-ci-redhat-developer-rhdh-main-e2e-ocp-helm job timed out after 60 minutes waiting for the Docker image rhdh-community/rhdh:pr-4466-834ad870 which was never pushed to Quay.

Root cause: build/containerfiles/Containerfile line 56 still hardcodes the old yarn version:

ENV YARN=$CONTAINER_SOURCE/.yarn/releases/yarn-4.12.0.cjs

But this PR renamed the file to yarn-4.17.0.cjs. The image build fails with:

chmod: cannot access '.yarn/releases/yarn-4.12.0.cjs': No such file or directory

The image build has failed on every single attempt (209+ failures) — the image was never pushed, so the Prow e2e job times out.

Fix: Update build/containerfiles/Containerfile line 56 to reference yarn-4.17.0.cjs.

Better fix: Dynamically derive the yarn version from .yarnrc.yml, like .ci/images/Dockerfile already does:

RUN YARN_VERSION=$(awk -F'[-.]' '/yarnPath:/ {print $(NF-3)"."$(NF-2)"."$(NF-1)}' /root/.yarnrc.yml)

This would prevent this class of breakage on future yarn version bumps.
