We still use python3.12 due to pinned dependencies in requirements.txt
Default rpm on fedora 43 is built for python 3.14

Upgrade to fedora43
We still use python3.12 due to pinned dependencies in requirements.txt and smallest chance of break.
That is reason why python-rhmsg is installed from tarball(extracted from src.rpm) for python3.12
Because rpm from copr on fedora 43 is built for python 3.14
