Updated classes for java 17 with javax/jakarta conversion Increased test coverage Refined the user guide (in the README.md)
Updated custom SPID classes from the original SAML ones in order to handle smootly major version updates.
Added configuration scripts for Italiana SPID providers.
Added test cases for SPID rules. Added a new criteria for ordering providers.
Fixed some broken links in the default login page for the keycloak-spid-only theme. Added english localization.
