Enable 58 connectors (plus jira's cloud_with_gpu) that were previously disabled for cloud. Keeps disabled: deprecated connectors, ollama GPU-only connectors, and 15 unsafe connectors (stdin, stdout, file, subprocess, command, crash, ffi, socket, socket_server, sqlite).
