This pull request adds new sections to the documentation and updates existing metric descriptions to provide more detailed information about Redpanda's performance and monitoring capabilities. The most important changes include adding a section on assessing throughput, introducing new metrics for tracking bytes received and sent, and updating the description of an existing metric.
