Replace the "practice mode on/off" on a long press of the tune button, with setting the CW speed. This shortcut appears to be much more useful. Also removed the functionality of doing CW with the PTT key and added the display of the current CW speed to the main menu.
Also simplified frequency selection when switching to a new band, in order to save some memory.

Hi there,
I don't mean this to be an actual pull request, my changes are probably a little too "drastic" to get directly merged to your "master" (see README.md of https://github.com/dirkbaechle/ubitxv6/tree/cw_practice_mode). I just wanted to let you know that I have done some changes and modifications, based on your work... e.g. I implemented a variable tuning step size.
So if you're interested, have a short look and cherry-pick what you like.
